Somerset Velvet Fine Art Paper is the choice of artists and printmakers since the 1700s, and has now been optimized for Giclée prints. This 100% cotton rag, acid-free paper has a velvet textured surface with a velvet finish for accurate, detailed prints. Its radiant neutral white surface highlights vivid colors, rich blacks, and the nuances of textures making it an ideal medium for high-quality art.
Fine Art Canvas
High-quality Fine Art Canvas is made from a durable, archival-grade poly-cotton blend that ensures longevity. The bright white, pH-neutral, and acid-free material will not yellow over time. Then gallery-wrapped, stretched canvas is mounted in a floater frames adding depth and dimension to the piece.
Inks
These Giclee's use eco-solvent inks and boast bright, vivid, and amazing colors will resist fading for over 100 years. With their exceptional longevity, these prints will last for generations. Like all prints and paintings, keep out of direct sunlight as that will speed up fading.
Framing
Fine Art Print Frames
This slim frame features a slim 1.125-inch deep profile with a 0.75-inch face, complemented by a clear, optical-grade acrylic front. The 4-ply white matboard includes an attractive 45-degree bevel.
Canvas Floater Frames
The high-quality wood floater frames create the illusion of the canvas print floating within the frame. Available in a sleek black finish, these frames complement any interior and provide a crisp, modern look for the print. 12x12 frames measure .75 inches deep. Larger frames measure 1.87 inches deep.
Stretcher Bars
The canvas is hand-stretched over heavy-duty stretcher bars.
Backer
Framed prints are backed with a kraft paper dust cover. All framed pieces include a convenient attached wire hanger for easy wall mounting.
